Albert R. Hartley
Founder & Attorney
Albert R. Hartley is a native of Chesapeake VA. He attended The College of William and Mary for his B.A. in Literature then he attended Regent School of Law. He has engaged in over 37,000 real estate transactions as well as navigating complex civil litigation from settlement to trial. He enjoys crafting legal solutions for clients in areas such as business formations, estate planning and real estate.
Growing up the son of a contractor, Albert spent his youth in the world of construction and saw firsthand how things were built – how work was done. As an attorney, Albert brings that very same lunch pail, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude to his profession. With The Hartley Law Group, you get the job done – and done right.
Ryan Sawyer
ATTORNEY
Ryan has been with Hartley Law Group since 2014, focusing on estate planning, administration, and transactional work. He earned his BA in history from ODU and his JD from Regent University School of Law. Ryan enjoys family time at Cape Hatteras, NC, and enjoys podcasts covering a variety of topics.
Stephanie Sopata
REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL & OFFICE MANAGER
Stephanie leads our real estate division, bringing years of experience in customer service and real estate transactions. She’s overseen thousands of closings, providing clients with a seamless experience and applying her strong problem-solving skills to ensure every detail is covered.
Victoria Allen
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Victoria has been with Hartley Law Group for six years, greeting each client with warmth and serving as the voice of the firm. She manages scheduling, client relations, file organization, and assists with real estate processing. Outside work, Victoria enjoys exploring local coffee shops and antique shops.
